Halloween yesterday and I watched HSM3! With my brother, not my parents 'cos it was bloody expensive. D: So only us two watched. The 9.50p.m. show!
It was quite funny at parts lor :) Especially the part where Gabriella stands up (with flowers in her hair lor, dunno come from what garden) and starts singing:
Troooooooooooooyyyyyy~
Kuakuakua. That part was actually in front lor. The first part.
Anyway there are new characters. Like Tiara Gold. In the movie with straight hair she looks weird, looks better with curly hair like in a Kids Company issue from September or October or something.
Anyway, her British accent is very strong.
Love the part when she double-crosses Sharpay can! (Gabriella couldn't act her part in the Graduation show, 'cos she got early accepted into this prestigious college, so Sharpay was chosen to take over Gabriella's part). Since Tiara was understudy, she took Sharpay's place!)
Quoting that part (somewhat, 'cos I can't remember it very well D:):
Sharpay: But you're from London!
Tiara: The London School of Dramatic Arts!
and also
Sharpay: But you were so ... loyal. And sweet.
Tiara: That's called acting. You should try it sometime.
OMG Tiara is damn what lor! :D So biatchy can. Biatchyer (o.o new word) than Sharpay :)
Anyway, during the second act Gabriella came back with Troy. :) Re-acted the part where Sharpay takes over Gabriella (but you know what the best part of that part was? Troy went to get Gabriella back, and so the other understudy "Rocketman" or Jimmie Zara or whatever had to take his part! And previously during the rehearsals Troy and Gabriella (when she hadn't left yet D:) told Jimmie Sharpay had a crush on him! So obviously Jimmie was damn pysched (wore cologne can!) and Sharpay was damn disgusted! Waha.) and was soooo,
I dunno. Toey.
The ending was damn nice lor. Ryan (the Sharpay's gey brother) got accepted into Julliard! This prestigious college of dramatic arts or something. For choreography, 'cos he choreographed the entire Graduation show (and the Julliard representatives were suitably impressed.) Actually Julliard only wanted to accept one student outta four (Troy (yes, Troy!), this geeky but actually pretty girl called Kelsi, Ryan and Sharpay) but chose two! Ryan and Kelsi! For her wonderful piano skills or something. :DDD
Jason, this guy whom I suspect isn't very academically inclined was damn cute lor.
I quote (again!) this cute part between Jason and Mrs. Darbus, their teacher after the Graduation Show:
Mrs. D: Jason...
Jason: -steps out-
Mrs. D: You made it! You graduated!
-laugh- Oh yea, and Sharpay got into this school of dramatics arts as well, but not Julliard lah. Taylor (Chad's girlfriend) got into Yale (OMG) for Political Science (damn smart!).
And the sweetest part was Troy. He had to make a decision lah, either basketball (some weird school I can't remember, also his father's/coach's alma mater) or theatre (Julliard). He chose...
Both. Some school with both. And also 'cos this particular school was only like 32 miles away from Gabriella's school, compared if he went to his dad's alma mater, which was more than a 1000 miles away.
So nice hor he? :D
Anyway it was nice :D I wanna watch it again leh :)
The show ended at approximately midnight. My parents had arranged for us to meet them at the entrance there, but when we got out no one was there lor!
So my brother and I were frantic. Panicking like siao.
In the end we just went home - only to find...
Guess what?
.
.
.
.
.
Suspense! Suspense suspense!
.
.
.
My mother was sleeping and my father was like half-awake lor!
._.
Sian.
Anyway, I loved the show lor.
:D
Lol.
