It occurs to me that I really
ought to slim down in time for Chinese New Year. It's not that I'm a
bimbo whose life
centres around new clothes, new clothes, and omg-look-that-Prada-bag.
And I said 'in time' for Chinese New Year, not for Chinese New Year! I've to slim down to remain a health(ier) individual you know, on top of fitting into my new -insert item-.
Therefore, CHINESE NEW YEAR HEALTH RESOLUTIONS: -cough-
1. Run more often and gain leg muscles.
2. Cut down on sugary beverages :(
3. Measure waist faithfully every day Row a boat and get arm muscles muahaha!
4. Okay, no. Erm... pick up a sport, like golf or something :/
5. Stop lying to self about fats!
6. Ohmygod I'm fat.
7. Stop fats from jiggling :O
8. I realise this is TMI.
9. Also, for mental health: stop procrastinating.
